A small tube for sweaty days.
Nuun Sport Hydration Tablets
A dissolving tablet is easy to pack for a workout or a hot day. Nuun Sport offers measured electrolytes without carrying a ready-made drink. It is not something everyone needs in their water every day.
A good fit if…
Adults looking for a portable electrolyte option during sweaty activity.
Skip it if…
Plain water and regular meals meet your needs, you dislike stevia, or you have been advised to limit sodium or potassium.
What actually matters
The manufacturer lists 300 mg sodium, 150 mg potassium, 1 g sugar, and 15 calories per tablet. Verify the current package label for your flavor and region.
Directions specify one tablet in 16 fluid ounces of water. Allow a few minutes for it to dissolve; it is less immediate than opening a ready-made drink.
This is the standard Sport formulation, not Sport + Caffeine. Check the variant carefully, and do not assume every product from the brand has the same ingredients.
Electrolyte requirements vary with activity, weather, diet, and health. This is not medical advice or a treatment for dehydration. Ask a clinician before use if you have kidney or heart conditions or take medicines affecting electrolytes.
